Drive-Thru Holiday Lights at DTE Energy Music Theatre

If so, you’ll be glad to know that "Magic of Lights" is taking place now through Saturday, January 2, 2021, at DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston. This drive-thru holiday lights experience requires tickets, which can be purchased in advance or at the gate, and operates from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

Along the 1.5-mile trail of holiday lights, spectators will pass by dazzling displays that employ the latest LED technology and digital animations, including a drive-thru Blizzard Tunnel. Other displays featured at Clarkston’s Magic of Lights include the 12 Days of Christmas, Winter Wonderland and The Night Before Christmas.

If you want to take part in this family-friendly holiday tradition, you should know that you can save money by purchasing tickets in advance. Advance weekday tickets (Monday through Thursday non-holidays) are $20. Any-day advance tickets (includes holidays and weekdays) are $25. Admission at the gate is also available for $30 on weekdays and $35 on weekends and holidays. Plus, Magic of Lights offers bus and limo pricing too!
